Dr Darryl Lim

Dr Darryl Lim is a vascular and endovascular surgeon at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Singapore.

He is proficient in all aspects of endovascular surgery. He treats various conditions and has particular interests in the areas of advanced revascularisation techniques for peripheral arterial disease, venous and varicose vein surgery, haemodialysis access procedures, aortic aneurysm stenting/repair, and diabetic foot wound care.

Prior to joining private practice, Dr Lim was the senior consultant and director of the vascular unit at Changi General Hospital, and a service chief at the SingHealth-Duke NUS vascular centre.

He graduated from the National University of Singapore and completed his general surgery training with SingHealth. He holds several qualifications, including a fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK and a master’s in surgery. Dr Lim’s expertise in complex endovascular interventions was refined during his time at Universitätsklinikum Leipzig, Germany. Additionally, he is accredited as a certified wound specialist physician by the American Board of Wound Management.

Dr Lim has performed more than 3,000 interventional procedures to date.

He has a commitment to training emerging interventionalists and enhancing the capabilities of vascular units in Southeast Asia. He is regularly invited to conduct live case workshops at regional units and to speak at international conferences.
