Parkway East Paediatric Urgent Care Centre is dedicated to addressing the urgent medical needs of children and adolescents up to the age of 14.

We are conveniently located adjacent to the urgent care centre for adults at Parkway East Hospital, and our focus is on the well-being and recovery of your young ones.

With a dedicated team of expert paediatricians and urgent care staff, well-appointed facilities, and a compassionate approach, we ensure your child receives the best care possible during times of emergency.

Our team

Our paediatric urgent care team is headed by Dr Lee Khai Pin, an experienced and dedicated paediatrician well-versed in treating acutely ill and injured children.

His special interests lie in paediatric emergency medicine, having headed the children's emergency department at a public hospital in Singapore for half a decade.

With more than 20 years in paediatrics and over 12 years specialising in paediatric emergency medicine, Dr Lee brings a wealth of experience and expertise.

Our services

We are well-equipped to manage a range of children's conditions.

Our services include:

  • Identification, stabilisation and treatment of urgent paediatric illnesses, across the wide spectrum of medical, surgical and trauma conditions involving babies and children
  • Radiology services, including X-rays, ultrasound, and computed tomography (CT)
  • Laboratory services, including blood, urine and swab tests for babies and children

Visit us if your child requires urgent medical care for conditions such as:

  • Respiratory tract infections (e.g. common cold, bronchiolitis, pneumonia)
  • Asthma attacks of breathlessness
  • High fever
  • Fever fits
  • Chest pains
  • Allergic reactions
  • Abdominal pain
  • Vomiting / diarrhoea
  • Limb injuries (e.g. sprains, strains, suspected fractures)
  • Injuries to the face (e.g. to the forehead, eye, ear, lips, chin)
