Living well doesn't happen through one appointment – it’s shaped by how well we age, how well we sleep, how well we eat, how well we move, and how well we cope.
Parkway East Live Well Centre brings specialist and allied health services together under one roof to support exactly that: healthy ageing, sleep health, nutrition, mobility and mental wellbeing.
Whether you're managing an age-related health concern, struggling with your sleep, recovering strength after an illness, or simply looking to feel more like yourself, our centre gives you access to the right specialist, in one place.

Our philosophy
We believe living well isn't a single milestone to reach, but something to keep supporting at every stage of life, whether that stage is defined by age, by a health concern, or simply by wanting to feel and function better.
Whole-person care. We look at how sleep, nutrition, mobility, mood and medical conditions affect each other – not just the symptom in front of us.
One address, the right experts. Geriatric, sleep, nutrition, rehabilitation and mental health specialists, all reachable from a single centre.
Care that's personalised, not generic. Every plan is built around the patient's own needs, goals and support system.
Support for every stage. From an active adult optimising their sleep, to a senior managing several conditions at once – the centre is built to meet you where you are.
