Mental Wellbeing Support

Your mind deserves care too

Mental wellbeing is as much a part of healthy living as physical health, yet it's often the last thing we make time for. Our mental wellbeing support team provides assessment and support for emotional, behavioural and mental health concerns.

Conditions we manage

  • Depression. Support to manage persistent low mood, loss of interest, and other emotional or behavioural changes.
  • Anxiety. Strategies to manage excessive worry, fear, or anxiety.
  • Stress. Practical support to manage everyday stress and its effects on the body, mind, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Eating disorders. Assessment and support for unhealthy eating behaviours, thoughts and emotions related to food, weight and body image.
  • Insomnia. Support for behavioural and psychological factors that may affect sleep quality.

Tests and assessments

  • IQ assessment. Evaluation of cognitive abilities such as reasoning, memory, processing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Personality assessment. Evaluation of personality traits, behavioural patterns, and emotional characteristics to support a better understanding of individual needs.
